A leading organisation in the Bristol area requires an experienced Release / Deploy Analyst / Programmer to join its growing and successful development team. Suitable candidates will have experience of software configuration coupled with coordinating and managing release cycles to ensure all aspects of a (development) release - both technical and non technical - are considered. As a result, suitable candidates will have the following experience:
Knowledge of Release Management Procedures
ITIL awareness
Knowledge of Branching/Merging
Knowledge of Subversion/Tortoise
Able to work individually and within teams
Communication of system issues to development team and system architects
Positive outlook and attitude to deliver results
Some prior development experience (VB6, PHP, C#, ASP.net)
