Redrock Launches Training & Development Programme
Redrock has announced the launch of a Graduate Training and Development Programme, providing new graduates with the skills and qualifications that will enable them to build a successful career in Recruitment. .
The 12 week intensive programme is will offer valuable coaching that will equip Graduates with the necessary skills to succeed and compliment what is already a highly competent team at Redrock.
Upon successful completion of the course they are offered the opportunity to join one of the Company’s business units where they will take their first steps along a path that could ultimately lead to them running their own practice with equity ownership.
Redrock are sure that the programme will be a great success and will confirm its position as a genuinely progressive employer within its field whilst underpinning its goal of doubling its fee generating client base by the end of 2011.
