Equality & Diversity Statement

Redrock recognises the contribution of all our employees, contractors and suppliers. Our aims are to be supportive, fair and free from discrimination. We adopt a zero tolerance approach to any form of discrimination based on age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation. We will actively promote equality and diversity; and ensure that the legislation and policy requirements within the protected characteristics of equality and diversity are implemented into all our working practices.

Redrock operates a responsible procurement policy and the procedures for which are set out in the company’s IS09002 quality procedures manual. We will endeavour to ensure that the purchase of goods, services and facilities is undertaken in line with our equality and diversity commitments. We will endeavour to use suppliers who share our values on equality of opportunity and diversity. We will endeavour to influence our external partners to ensure that they are inclusive and uphold the principles of equality and diversity mindfulness.

Redrock Consulting recognises its responsibility to the environment and is committed to minimising the impact of the its activities by reviewing and improving environmental performance as part of our ongoing business strategy.

Aims and Objectives

Our overall aim is to reduce the impacts associated with day-to-day operations while complying with relevant environmental legislation, monitoring and improving environmental performance, reducing environmental impacts, increasing employee awareness, adopting best practice and maintaining value for money in all that we do.

We endeavour to:

  • Minimise waste evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible
  • Actively encourage green travel minimising emissions through the selection and use of our fleet.

  • Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst our clients, contractors and suppliers.
  • Meet or exceed environmental legislation, as relevant to our business

Anti Bribery Statement

Redrock is committed to conducting its business professionally and with honesty and integrity at all times and complies fully with the Bribery Act 2010. Following the introduction of the Bribery Act 2010 the company considered it appropriate to document its approach within its anti-bribery policy. A full copy of the Redrock anti bribery policy is available on request.

All commercial financial transactions must be made in accordance with the company’s IS09002 quality procedures manual.

Staff are not permitted to give any gift, hospitality or incur any expenses in relation to a current or prospective customer, supplier or employee without first obtaining authorisation from the company’s directors. The company acknowledges that genuine business hospitality or the carrying out of promotional activities proportionate to the business is reasonable and notes that such activities are not considered Bribery by the act.

Staff are not permitted to receive or accept any gift or hospitality of any sort without first obtaining authorisation from the company’s directors. The company strictly prohibits the giving of any donation to any political party or representative of any political party, either at local or national government level.

The Company is pleased to support local charities and considers such support as being a key part of supporting the local community in which it operates. All such donations must however be proposed to and approved by the board of directors.

The responsibility for compliance with our policy rests with the Redrock Management who conduct frequent risk assessment and investigate any suspicions of bribery.

All staff receive training in our zero tolerance approach to corruption and bribery including the importance of following correct procedure as a part of their induction and annual review.
