We will now commence our onboarding & compliance process. You will receive additional instructions on what supporting documentation you may need to supply to RedRock, so please look out for further emails from us. Here’s a summary of what will happen.

Step 1: Complete your identity check

Look out for an invitation email invitation from TrustID, you should complete your check via your mobile phone. This is to prove your right to work in the UK.

Step 2: Provide the information we need

• ContractorsLook out for an invitation email invitation from Quartz by Sapphire, this is our compliance upload portal. Please provide all information requested and upload completed forms.
• Permanent StaffYou will recieve a link from our HR team to complete our employee onboarding forms (via Microsoft Forms) and documents to sign via Adobe Sign.

RedRock has partnered with TrustID

TrustID is RedRock’s trusted ID verification partner. TrustID will quickly and safely verify your ID using digital footprints, ID document authentication and facial biometrics. The UK Government mandates that digital identity checks must be confirmed via an approved Identity Service Provider (IDSP).
