The Challenge

Hargreaves Lansdown (HL) was delivering multiple, high-priority transformation programmes at the same time, spanning digital platforms, cloud migration, data and analytics, security, regulatory change and operational leadership. These initiatives were business-critical, tightly regulated and fast-moving, placing significant pressure on internal teams.
