Collaborative Approach
To embed ourselves as seamlessly as possible within the client’s operating model, RedRock implemented several key measures:
Standardised Rate Card
Working closely with the consultancy, we developed a rate card mapped to DDaT roles and SFIA bands, enabling rapid response to resource requests without the need for rate negotiations. This streamlined process supports agility and transparency.
Onboarding
RedRock work closely with the client to ensure all onboarding requirements are met, easing the burden on their internal team. RedRock remain responsible for attaining BPSS and SC clearance and provide an onboarding form to the consultancy detailing everything needed to send equipment and onboard consultants to their timesheet system.
Aligned Timesheet Process
RedRock aligned its timesheet and invoicing processes with the client’s systems. Our contractors submit timesheets directly through their platform, creating a single source of truth for billing and resource tracking. This approach ensures:
- Faster invoicing cycles
- Maximum visibility and control for the client
- Confidence in billing accuracy
Current Demand Management
Working closely with the client, weekly demand tracking reports are generated and shared, highlighting current and additional demand needs. These are monitored daily to ensure that the end clients resource needs are met as promptly as possible and their resource delivery team have oversight of demand coverage.
Performance Management
RedRock and the client take a collaborative approach to performance management. This is done through:
- Effective resource management tracking – weekly reports are generated highlighting coverage across requirement and identifying gaps
- Regular communication – daily communication between both teams occurs via calls and Teams – enabling quick responses to queries, scheduling of interviews and escalations
- Monthly calls – Regular performance focused calls. Used to discuss upcoming demand, performance against existing demand, highlight areas to improve and discuss onboarding
