To mark a significant milestone as a company this year, we enjoyed a weekend away in Mallorca to celebrate 20 years of RedRock. It provided a great opportunity for the team to relax and spend some quality time together in Palma, where we enjoyed some incredible food, plenty of activities and for the most part, some glorious sunshine!

After arriving on the island, we enjoyed an extended lunch together before relaxing by the pool and making the most of the late October sunshine on the island. Ahead of a delightful evening meal in the old town, a handful of the team took the opportunity to explore the surroundings and take a stroll up to the nearby Castell de Bellver, enjoying an incredible panoramic view over Palma and out across the shimmering blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

With dinner and drinks a stone’s throw from the beach, we were offered a chance to reflect on two decades as a company, with plenty of stories shared from over the years, alongside a toast to our anniversary and great sense of optimism for the next chapter of our journey as a company.

The following day the team embarked on a memorable wine tasting tour across two scenic vineyards, sampling a host of locally produced varieties amongst the tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorca countryside.

A morning stroll on our final morning to visit Palma’s stunning Cathedral, accompanied by coffee and pastries in the old town before heading back to the airport rounded off a brilliant trip for the team, and we’re already looking forward to our 2026 getaway!

It’s become a RedRock tradition for us to enjoy an annual getaway together as a full team, and this one celebrating our 20 year anniversary was particularly memorable, a great opportunity for the team to enjoy some time together, but also a chance for us to thank them for all of their incredible efforts over the years.
